The Teachers Retirement System of Georgia is excited to offer a Pre-Retirement Presentation (Workshop) and Individual Pre-Retirement Counseling Sessions to those who are eligible!  This is a free service with limited seating, so please visit www.trsga.com and register as soon as possible -- event details, instructions, and eligibility requirements are given below.

Registration Instructions:

 

1. Visit www.trsga.com

2. Click on Workshops and Counseling at the top center of the homepage.

3. Click on Account Login.  

4. Click on Active Member.

5. Either log in to your existing account OR sign up for a new one (see the green box to the left).

6. Click on Register for Workshop/Counseling Events.

7. Select the event and fill out the information.

8. You will receive an automatic email confirmation once your registration goes through.

9. Please contact the TRS Call Center at 800-352-0650 if you are having difficulty registering for an event.

 

Helpful tips:

 

1. Members must be within 5 years of retirement eligibility to view and register for the PR COUNSELING SESSIONS.

 

Registration closes 5-7 business days before the event date for the COUNSELING SESSIONS.

 

2. Members must be within 5 years of retirement eligibility to view and register for the PRE-RETIREMENT PRESENTATION (WORKSHOP).  Members must be within 20 years of retirement eligibility to register for a MID-CAREER PRESENTATION (WORKSHOP).

 

Registration for the PRESENTATION (WORKSHOP) closes the day before the event.

 

3. Once a member registers for any event, it drops off the Upcoming Events list and appears under My Event Registrations. You may also cancel your registration here if needed.
